who declared and certified by these presents

that the two bales of aristologia roots, being marked C.A. which some days ago are shipped here on board the ships called Susanna Sophia whereof mr Richard Sarkins is master, bound from here for London, and being consigned pr. the Bill of Lading thereof made to Casparus Ribout or ordre, are now lately directly comen from Germany, where the said roots in the said Bale being are grown.

Whereof act being required of me the said Nots. I have granted these presents to serve and avail as occasion shale be or require.

Thus done in Rotterdam in the present of Arnold Coldenhof and Rochnus van Wezel witnesses.
